hey there! Happy Wednesday! Today I'm sitting at home, my first day off of the new job, and it's an odd feeling. I sent in sub plans for my classes, but I wish I'd been there with them. I'm really enjoying the teaching process. Today I decided to share an artwork that recently found its home. An odd choice, I know. You'd think I'd be sharing something still looking for a home. Last Saturday I had a local event. I always take my jewelry, some card decks, prints, and even originals. But I've never sold an original at a local show up here. Made some contacts, sure, and added an email address to the list, maybe. But never the sale. This time, the right person came along. She had stories to share about her life and family and we had a great conversation. She left with this beauty. The right person will find the right artwork. Sometimes it takes time, but it always happens.
